This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. To this end, the corporation is committed to improving the quality of life for homeless canines or canines currently scheduled for euthanasia within county shelters by providing shelter, food and medical care; as well as finding homes for the canines, assisting and educating the community and controlling overpopulation through responsible spay/neuter. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes.Phoenix Rising’s goal is to Change the World…One Dog at a Time!

Phoenix Rising Rescue - Pensacola, Florida about us Phoenix Rising Rescue is a foster based rescue. This means that we do not operate out of a facility. All of our rescue dogs are either with Carrie PRR Founder or in foster homes with other loving families. We do hope to have our own facility one day but for now we are still foster based.
