BREAKING CHAINS SEEKS TO SERVE THROUGH STREET OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY BENEVOLENCE, EDUCATION AND VOCATION INITIATIVES, YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY AND VOLUNTEER OUTREACH.
