Meet the 2025 Indiana Fiddlers' Gathering Performing Artists: 🎻 Lynx Lynx 🎶 Lynx Lynx is a dynamic duo that brings the rich traditions of Nordic folk music to life through their masterful performances. Comprising Norwegian hardanger fiddler Vidar Skrede and Swedish multi-instrumentalist Patrik Ahlberg, the pair seamlessly blends the musical heritages of their homelands with contemporary flair.​ Vidar Skrede, hailing from Haugesund, Norway, is renowned for his expertise in the hardanger fiddle, fiddle, and guitar. With a master's degree in Nordic folk music from the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm, he has toured extensively across Europe and North America, collaborating with artists like Liz Carroll and Bruce Molsky. Patrik Ahlberg, from Sweden, is a versatile musician proficient in fiddle, guitar, and more.
