Emerging leaders known as fellows are placed with a youthoriented nonprofit for 3 months where they develop critical leadership and work skills by leading a capacitybuilding project. CULTIVATE LEADERS We create authentic opportunities to foster leadership potential by providing fellows meaningful job experiences livingwage salaries and access to mentorship opportunities. STRENGTHEN NONPROFITS We partner with youthserving nonprofits to build their capacity and create space for innovation through fellows work.
