Our Lexington VIA Day School recently took a field trip to Virginia Safari Park - Virginia's Only Drive-Thru Safari Adventure to help kick off our summer season. Community outings provide opportunities to practice skills gained from our evidence-based practices, as well as enhance social connection and engagement. Our staff designs individualized support for each student to help reach specific goals both in the classroom and at home.

Our learners at Roanoke VIA Day School loved taking a field trip to our local park for some active play. Using skills developed in our evidence-based programs, our students are empowered to navigate their communities and engage with their peers with confidence. VIA staff provides individualized support and instruction to meet the specific needs of each of our learners, both in and out of our classrooms.
