Safe Passage Project provides free lawyers to immigrant and refugee kids living in New York. *No Child Should Face the Immigration Process Alone.* Safe Passage Project's mission is to ensure that every child in New York who is eligible for substantive immigration relief receives high quality legal representation. We believe no child should face the immigration process alone.

The government does not provide them with legal counsel so we do and we win over 80 of our cases. More Info Need Help. Safe Passage Project gives lawyers to immigrant children under the age of 21 in New York City and Long Island.
