No child should face the immigration process alone What We Do We provide free lawyers to immigrant and refugee children who are being deported Legal Services We stand up for children by standing with them in immigration court. The government does not provide them with legal counsel so we do and we win over 80 of our cases. More Info Need Help. Safe Passage Project gives lawyers to immigrant children under the age of 21 in New York City and Long Island.
