Hello, I am Justin Maxwell, a man with invisible and visible disabilities. I was born with autism and deafness, but that does not stop me from doing what I love or need. I motivate myself to read and write, listen to music, play games, and sometimes sing in my local church.

Arc of Randolph County
Congress is finalizing next year’s budget and deciding how much funding each program gets, and critical programs that help people with disabilities are at risk. If proposed cuts move forward, it would mean no more funding for important disability services that protect civil rights and prevent abuse. It would also put education for students with disabilities at risk by changing how special education is funded.
