Our mission is to be the unparalleled resource of expertise, programming and support for seniors in Martin County. Our vision is to inspire a community that embraces, uplifts and encourages seniors to maintain lives of quality and purpose. We provide programs in support of this mission, including Meals on Wheels; an adult day program; senior-focused primary medical care; care management; caregiver support; and a robust offering of educational, cultural and wellness programs specifically designed for seniors.
