Sarasota Concert Band – Ringling Roots to 1925 Welcome To Sarasota Concert Band A year round professional music ensemble bringing great music to Southwest Florida Artistic Director William J. Barbanera a native of Miami has lived on the Suncoast since 1982 and is on the faculties of both the St. Petersburg College and State College of Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree and Master of Music Performance of Multiple Wind Instruments degree from Florida State University.
