Fluffs & Scruffs Rescue Dogs in Southern California on the day they will be killed for time, space or behavior at the Shelter. SO CAL's huge problem is with backyard breeders. The Shelter's are always full & we try to help them by taking animals hit by cars, aged with heavy medical or just overcrowding to prevent their deaths. We fully vet the dogs using a high protocol & find them amazing Adopters!
