UPLA focuses on maintaining access to public lands by all users, 4x4, ATV, UTV, Snowmobile, Rock Climbers, Campers, Rock Hounders, Backpackers and more Utah Public Lands Alliance has been fighting to keep and improve access to our public lands for all responsible users, not just a privileged few The mission of Utah Public Lands Alliance is to preserve public lands in Utah and surrounding areas for public use. We will, in coalition with all stakeholders, increase public awareness and will work closely with regulatory agencies regarding all facets of land management including improvement, access, enforcement, and protection. The Goals Of Utah Public Lands Alliance: Identify, preserve and improve Public Lands for responsible recreational use Educate the Public about the importance of responsible use of multi-use lands Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Government agencies Represent Multi-sport interests (4×4, ATV, UTV, Dirt Bike, Mountain Bike, Equestrian) Identify and execute projects to protect public lands Preserve and Protect Sand Mountain OHV area
