HUMAN ENGINEERS INC
Human Engineers Inc is a non-profit organization that aims to provide prosthetic and orthotic services to under-served populations in the Philippines. It was founded by Michael Norrell, a certified prosthetist/orthotist, in 2012. Since incorporation, Human Engineers has completed seven medical missions, seeing over 300 patients. In the future, Human Engineers plans to establish a self-sustainable infrastructure for prosthetic and orthotic care in the Philippines. This will involve adopting hospitals, educating local medical providers, and establishing surgical and rehabilitation centers. Currently there are missions planned for Mindoro, Palawan, and Luzon.
