THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PHYSICIAN REFERRAL AND BACKGROUND EDUCATION AND TRAINING INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS AND ACCESS TO SPECIALTY COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAMS IN CENTRAL IOWA.
