Children's Sharing Project of Clark County Clark County Childrens Sharing Project Clark County Childrens Sharing Project CSP began its work as the Childrens Sharing Tree Project in 1985. That year 36 children living at the Royal Arms Emergency Shelter near the courthouse and other lowincome children in our community opened new holiday gifts. CSPs more than 35year mission is ensuring families have holiday gifts for their children a reality. Last year CSPs annual campaign brightened more than 1200 childrens holidays with two new gifts specifically requested for each child.
