In his third year as the Music Director of the Panama City Symphony he leads masterworks and holiday concerts curates a monthly chamber music series and serves as the Director of Music Education. In 2024 he was named the Music Director and Conductor of the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra and has made his professional debut with the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and the Alabama Ballet.

With a lifelong passion for the arts and a degree in fine arts and marketing, Leslie Christianson brings extensive experience in audience engagement and live entertainment to her new role. Originally from the Chicago area, Leslie spent over 20 years at Arlington Park International Racecourse, rising from mutuel teller to director of mutuals, and later assisted with operations at the iconic Kentucky Derby with Churchill Downs.
