The Women's City Club was founded in 1924 by a group of forward-thinking women seeking to create a club in which they could meet socially and professionally. For decades the Club has engaged and celebrated women through community and education. PROMOTE BROAD ACQUAINTANCE AMONG MEMBERS WITH COMMON INTEREST IN WELFARE OF THE CITY OF GRAND RAPIDS AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN THROUGH OPEN FORUM AND CLUB SETTING.
