Champion Women provides legal advocacy for girls and women in sports. How? -Actual EQUALITY in school sports. Our research showed that college women are being denied over a billion dollars in athletic scholarships alone. We filed 101 Complaints with the Office for Civil Rights against the worst offenders. After 51 years, Title IX should be a reality, not just an aspirational goal. -Ending Sexual Abuse in Sport. 16 million non-school, club athletes do not enjoy Title IX protections, despite US Center for SafeSport. We’ve already driven two major statutory initiatives, and we aren’t done! -Preserving Female Sports. Girls' and women's competitive sports are ours. We support creating new sport accommodations for non-binary and transgender athletes, that do not take away from girls and women.
