Sharing Jesus' love by inviting, welcoming, worshipping, and serving, St. John's is an ELCA Lutheran congregation in downtown Dubuque. It is also the site of Almost Home https://almosthomedbq.org. The mission of St. John's Lutheran Church is to answer God's call to: teach and witness to the Word of God and God's love for all people; administer the sacraments; and worship and work together for the common good of the body of Christ. We do this by welcoming all for the fulfillment of their spiritual and physical needs, being good stewards of God's gifts and praying for peace in the world.
