Reason 84 We Love CLB: Hearing the different ways our class, Foundations of Adjustment to Blindness (FAB), impacts people’s lives for the better. A recent graduate of FAB, Vickie, shared with us, “Being legally blind, I learned a lot about blindness and the tools that can help with everyday living. I like it because it is hands-on. Ms. Annie gave the lesson by demonstrating. The templates for writing letters and addressing envelopes, devices to help identify clothing colors were all helpful. I would use all of it; the mobility lessons were helpful such as keep me from walking with my head down while using a long cane.
