1) Encourage & facilitate organizations in the Vietnamese American community in southern California to work together for the common good of the community. 2) Encourage civic participation by the Vietnamese American community in southern California, including participation in elections. 3) Voice support for freedom, democracy, and human rights in Vietnam. 4) Participate in cultural and social work in the community.
