We put children and families first, prioritizing the total wellbeing of Medicaid eligible children who have faced significant challenges to their physical, TO PARTICIPATE IN, DEVELOP PROGRAMS AND/OR FACILITATE THE PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAMS FUNDED AND/OR OVERSEEN BY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, AND/OR SPONSORED THROUGH FOUNDATION(S) AND/OR GRANT OR OTHER FUNDING, IN EACH CASE, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK, PRIMARILY INDIGENT CHILDREN AND HIGH COST/HIGH NEED MEDICAID ENROLLEES WITH MEDICAL, BEHAVIORAL AND/OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN UNDERSERVED AREAS
