Our performers knocked it out of the park last night. Many of our musical autists performed original compositions. Others performed covers. All were amazing! There were songs about self-acceptance, empowerment, the beauty of life, and songs that simply brought joy to the performers. Take a look at some of our pre-event activities from last night’s Sensory Friendly Concert.🎶 Our theme was Oceans of Exploration, so everyone was invited to write an empowering word on a fish and place it on our sea wall. We had ocean-themed coloring stations and a drum circle. Anyone who may have become overwhelmed by the surroundings could use our sensory quiet room, which was staffed by both music therapists and early childhood educators.
