We are so excited to welcome Programs Officer Joshua Jordan to the OAI team! Joshua Jordan has spent his career creating unforgettable learning experiences for youth in Oklahoma City. In twelve years as a children's librarian, he championed literacy initiatives across the OKC metro and helped create a safe "third place" for local teens and families. He has a special place in his heart for STEAM education and cherishes opportunities to help kids realize their full potential. Joshua believes art is both a mirror and a time machine: it shows us who we are and takes us to where we've been. It is a creative, uniting, and powerful force for good in the universe. In his free time Joshua loves spending time with his kiddos, going on outdoor adventures, connecting with friends and family, discovering new music, writing, reading, baking, and dad jokes. (fb)
