HDC is a Developmental Disabilities Administration Certified & Licensed Provider serving Maryland residents with a wide range of Meaningful Day, Employment, and Residential services. THE ORGANIZATION'S STATED PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A DEINSTITUTIONALIZED LIVING ENVIRONMENT, PREEMPLOYMENT TRAINING, AND TRANSPORTATION TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS IN WASHINGTON AND FREDERICK COUNTIES OF MARYLAND.

We care about everyone who walks through our doors and are dedicated to their health safety and happiness. Community Development Services These services are offered as an alternative to our traditional Day Habilitation programs.
