THIS ADDRESSES INCREASING THE REPRESENTATION OF AFRICAN AMERICANS IN EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP POSITIONS, INCREASING THE NUMBER OF AFRICAN AMERICANS HOLDING SEATS ON THE BOARDS OF MAJOR HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS, AND INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MAJOR HEALTHCARE CONTRACTS HELD BY AFRICAN AMERICAN ENTREPRENEURS.

As architects of this inclusive future we stand resolute in our pursuit breaking down barriers and championing the ascent of Black professionals ensuring they become the architects of a healthcare landscape that mirrors the vibrancy of our society. Our Why The disruption in how healthcare is delivered coupled with shifting demographics in the United States is making the business case for diversity. As the population continues to diversify healthcare organizations will need to determine ways to diversify their Boards to gain long term sustainability in a disruptive environment.
