TO THAT END FAIR RATES FOR WISCONSIN'S DAIRYLAND, INC. WILL DEVELOP, PROMOTE AND SUPPORT FAIR ENERGY POLICIES, THE RESPONSIBLE GROWTH OF DISTRIBUTED ENERGY RESOURCES AND PRACTICES THAT PROTECT WISCONSIN'S CENTRALIZED POWER GENERATION SYSTEM AND GRID.
