The Issachar Calling is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.The Issachar Calling’s purpose is to address, educate, coordinate, and provide aid and relief to eradicate chronic malnutrition and hunger on a local and global level as well as to ensure the social wellbeing of all. In performing this goal, we will use any available means to promote our goal such as but not limited to classroom instruction, educational services, medical/dental services and consultations, counseling, practical manual training, and sustainable agricultural training/production to foster a healthy groundwork for healthy living. We provide education by establishing or helping to establish schools where education can be accessed by all in need. We also provide education by giving free lectures with slideshows, in schools, libraries, and other public venues as well as utilizing social media channels and the corporation’s website to provide facts, statistics, and other related data on causes, current efforts and solutions to eradicating chronic malnutrition and hunger, illiteracy, domestic violence, and other societal issues such as help with joblessness.Our programs include sending out ambassadors to raise social consciousness about the cause on a local and global level, and to hold fundraising events in order to provide immediate relief and assistance to those suffering regardless of their race, ethnicity, or religion. Our services are open to anyone, anywhere, of any age. Our programs also include the training of adult and youth in practical manual skills that can be used to sustain life long term. Skills such as agriculture, various lines of mechanics, and building trades. We focus some time on teaching nutritional guidelines to help maintain physical health by enabling all to choose healthy lifestyle habits in eating and exercising. We do this by partnering with Health care professionals and nutritionist, as well as lifestyle educators or coaches.
