Team 5 Foundation is a unique non-profit medical mission that brings experts to remote developing countries. Comprised of Special Forces medical practitioners, survival experts and civilian ultra-athletes that are MD's, RNs, this team of 5 venture to the most extreme, overlooked and remote locations on the globe to provide medical assistance. Team 5 is medical foundation comprised of Special Forces, Ultra-Athletes and survival experts who venture to the absolute most remote locations on earth to give medical education, patient care and donations of medications/supplies to keep the local clinics self sufficient until resupplies can be arranged.T5 performs oral surgery, out-patient plastic surgery, medical clinics, ultra-sounds and donates medical equipment/medication as well as educating the local practitioners. T5 is a veteran 501c3 medical foundation with several awards from ESGR, Congress and the Senate. T5 works with other veteran non-profit organizations and is recognized by the Green Beret Foundation

Team 5 Medical Foundation January 2025 Mission to Cambodia Team members traveled from as far as the US UK Scotland and Australia. Our focus was 80km north to villages who have never had the benefit of western medicine and where no other international medical mission has ever completed. These missions take months of logistics fundraising and sponsorship. We want to thank everyone who made this possible including amazing corporations private founders grants and our followers who contribute on our website.
