Hoke County Partnership for Children and Families is a private, nonprofit 501(C)3 agency formed in 1994. Key leaders came together in that first year, and received a state grant from the Department of Health and Human Services. Through the years, we have grown and gained experience in service design and delivery. We continue to plan programs that support our mission: helping children and families by providing a foundation to develop self-assurance for life through education and resources.
