Countryside Hospice Support & Memory Center
Countryside Hospice Support & Memory Center was founded in 1980 - Countryside provides travel funds for cancer patients who must leave our community for care. A Memory Screening Clinic was started in 2011 which provides screening for the detection of Alzheimer's and other dementia's - this service is provided at no charge to patients and their families. Countryside is supported thru fund raising events, a thrift store and community support. All funds raised by Countryside stay in our community. There are no federal, state or grant funds.
