The Joy in the Journey community encourages open communication supporting one another through tough issues in adoption and foster care and ultimately pointing each other to the joy that can be found through Jesus Christ regardless of life circumstances. When I started the journey of fosteringadopting I didn39t realize how crucial community would be. By attending the Joy in the Journey retreat over the last fewyearsI have made true friends who have supported me and myfamily.
