TAP is a non-profit agency that provides over 20 programs to low-income individuals and families. TAP's mission is to encourage self-reliance and self-determination by strengthening and empowering individuals, families and communities. Our work expands access to existing opportunities and creates new opportunities personal and community growth.TAP serves the people of the Roanoke Valley, Craig County, Bath County, Alleghany Highlands, and Rockbridge County. Some of our programs expand beyond theses areas as well.
