An interactive educational program & culinary competition that teach teens cooking skills and nutrition to create happier, healthier people and communities. Kitchen Cred is a set of outside-of-school programs for teens that foster life skills through cooking, nutrition, food safety and food economics. Kitchen Cred cultivates self-confidence, social skills, and a healthy lifestyle in middle-and high-school students. We accomplish this through an out-of-school program that empowers youth through nutrition knowledge and kitchen competency.
