REDC Community Capital Group, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, whose mission is to promote the formation and expansion of small and disadvantaged businesses in low-income census tracts and enterprise zones of the Richmond/Petersburg MSA, in order to create jobs, remove blight and stimulate economic/community development in targeted communities.
