Home - Freedom Barkway Cart Freedom Barkway is officially open to the community. Come enjoy our new and improved park. Renovations to the Big Dog Park at Freedom Barkway were recently completed with help from the City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation and Councilmember Amir Farokhi. The work is not done yet.
