The Arc of West Central Colorado The Arc of West Central Colorado advocates for the rights and full participation of all children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. About Us Keith Larsen from The Arc of Mesa county was the only advocate on the Western Slope of Colorado for over 30 years. He served as many families and individuals as possible from well over 20 counties. As he is nearing retirement and The Arc funding was more consistent he began to find the individuals that would create and maintain new chapters of The Arc on the Western Slope.
