To lessen the burden on and provide funding to Ingham County Animal Control; to raise funds through grants, donations and fundraising events in order to provide food, shelter, and care for animals at the Ingham County Animal Shelter; to provide funding for the investigation and enforcement of laws protecting Ingham County animals; and to provide funding for Ingham County Animal Control’s public programs.
