Family Resource Networks (FRNs) are local coalitions working to improve services for children and families in their communities. Ohio County FRN is one of 45 FRNs in the State of WV. TO PROMOTE HEALTHY FAMILIES BY BRINGING ABOUT CHANGE THROUGH COMMUNITY- BASED GROUPS WORKING TOGETHER.
