PAAS-Vinita is dedicated to the wellbeing of animals. Our mission is to assist the City of Vinita with providing a safe, no kill shelter environment for adoptable animals by working directly with the Vinita animal control officer. As well as provide a low cost spay and neuter clinic for the community and surrounding areas. PAAS is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of animal suffering and to provide a safe haven for homeless dogs and cats in our area. Our guiding principle is to improve the quality of life of all the companion animals we assist.
