Pine Valley Community Association – It's about community! What Sets Us Apart Welcome to Pine Valley the second largest addition in the Fort Wayne area. Our community was established in the early 1970s and became one of the most longstanding prestigious additions in the northwest area today with 824 uniquely built homes. Pine Valley sits in the hub of a growing community. Within a five mile radius there are several shopping centers drug stores strip malls as well as the Allen County Public Library and several medical facilities including Parkview Hospital and Dupont Hospital.
