🎉 Happy Birthday to KCF Advisor Antti Kallonen! 🎉 He's a remarkable leader in off-road racing and a cherished member of The Kurt Caselli Foundation family. Antti's journey from a Finnish motocross champion to the Director of Off-Road Racing for KTM Group North America is a testament to his dedication, resilience, and passion for the sport. He worked as Kurt's Team Manager from 2006-2013 and was active in helping Kurt pursue his career goals. Antti's Industry Story 🧡🏁 → He was a highly regarded motocross racer in Finland before his career was cut short by injury. Antti joined KTM in 2004 as a mechanic for fellow Finnish rider Juha Salminen and they won three championships. By 2006, Antti took over KTM's factory off-road racing program. Under Antti's leadership, KTM secured 94 National and World Championships and 11 X-Games gold medals. Antti was appointed U.S. ISDE World Trophy Team Manager in 2012 and since then, he has helped lead the American squad to five ISDE gold medals across all three trophy divisions. At The Kurt Caselli Foundation, Antti's meticulous approach, strategic mindset, and unwavering commitment to rider safety have been invaluable. His firsthand experience as a racer to mechanic to team manager, he provides a unique perspective that enriches our mission to enhance the safety of off-road riders and racers. When he's not traveling to a race, he's usually on two wheels, putting in bicycle miles on the road or dirt.
