As part of Scholarship America‘s national network of locally based, volunteer-driven Dollars for Scholars chapters, our mission is to mobilize our community on behalf of post secondary education success for students graduating from Blue Earth Area High School by providing scholarships. Blue Earth Area Schools serve the communities of Blue Earth, Frost, Winnebago, Delavan and Elmore in southern Minnesota.
