Apply Today Region I Office of Human Development provides residential community and vocational services to people with developmental disabilities Serving Nebraska Panhandle Communities Since 1973 Our Administrative Office is located at 2603 Circle Drive in Scottsbluff Nebraska and we have service locations in Chadron Alliance Scottsbluff and Sidney. We have proudly served communities throughout the Nebraska Panhandle since 1973. Our goal is to help individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities IDD lead the most productive lives within their community.
