Welcome to CWOCC Building a Better Mountain Biking Community in Central Wisconsin Trail Conditions Trail Conditions Welcome to CWOCC. com The Central Wisconsin Offroad Cycling Coalition is a nonprofit organization focused on making Central Wisconsin a better and more diverse mountain bike destination. CWOCCs partnership with the City of Wausau and Marathon County Parks continues to strengthen with the addition Sylvan Hill Mountain Bike Park a key project and vision of CWOCC opened in October of 2017 and has brought tens of thousands riders from the tristate area and beyond. Projects like these are what drives CWOCC to constantly add to and improve the sport of mountain biking in the area.
