TBA West Virginia's Family Resource Networks (FRNs) Children, and families that nurture them, must be West Virginia's number one priority. A Family Resource network is a group of people from a local community that works together to better meet the needs of children and families in their local area. The group includes people who receive services for themselves and their families and other community members who are interested in children and families.
