Hearts & Paws Animal Assistance Program is a division of The Ingenium Foundation of Texas, Inc., which is a nonprofit organization. The purpose of this particular program is to assist individuals and animal rescue groups with their expenses as well as individuals with vet bills, adoption fees, neutering/spaying, and if absolutely necessary - final arrangements.
