Providing employment, vocational training, and educational opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities - USDA Certified Organic eQuality Farms LLC (eQuality Pathways to Potential) employs a crew of eight adults with developmental disabilities to work at the farm and farmers' markets, as well as providing therapeutic-educational opportunities to 40 individuals. PROVIDE PROGRAMMING AND SERVICES THAT HELP INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM ASSOCIATES TO BE AS INDEPENDENT AS THEIR ABILITIES ALLOW. KEY COMPONENTS OF OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION/RECREATION ACTIVITIES.
