The Road Home Starts Here We honor the sacrifices of combat veterans by providing the services and support they need to succeed in civilian life. Passport To Independence Veterans in crisis enter Five STAR Veterans Center in their darkest hour. Sometimes we are their last hope. Passport to Independence is an intensive 6 to 12 month program that takes the individual veteran and creates a plan to achieve their goals.
