Licking Valley Community Action Program provides low income families with developmental, supportive, ASSIST LOW INCOME, HANDICAPPED AND ELDERLY CLIENTS.

We assist families in need educate adults promote partnerships that encourage selfsufficiency and improve family life in our communities. We provide assistance to reduce poverty the revitalization of low income communities and the empowerment of low income families and individuals in rural areas to become fully self sufficient and improve family life in our communities. If needed language assistance is provided at no cost.
