As a charitable, nonprofit organization, POHCF upholds the following purposes: Provide scholarships to deserving high-school graduates in Montgomery County, Maryland; and Develop and carry out charitable, educational programs to uplift the cultural, economic and general welfare of youth and families in Montgomery County, Maryland.
